In this lecture Dr. Linda McCollum, EWU Professor Emeritus of Geology, will review the profound effect the Ice Age Floods and their deposits have had on the Spokane areas landscape and the evidence suggesting that wooly mammoths may have walked from Pleasant Prairie across a broad floodplain to drink water from the Spokane River.
