Two strangers, Judy and Howard, meet in San Francisco while both pursuing the same research grant. The mischievous Judy takes joy in toying with Howard. Despite trying to evade her, the two get wrapped up in strange circumstances when Howard's bag gets mixed up with three other identical bags at their hotel.
