Enjoy meeting children's book author Lauren R. Harris for a special U.S. history presentation about Japanese-American veterans of World War II, with historical artifacts, crafts, and activities.

Author readings will happen on the hour (The Plum Neighbor at 12:00 & 2:00, A Place for Harvest: The Story of Kenny Higashi at 1:00 & 3:00) followed by an opportunity to do crafts and activities and have books signed.

This program is appropriate for all ages.
