Exploring Yoga Through Movement & Art - Youth Camp
Monday - Thursday, July 20 - 23 & July 27 - 30, 2026 (register for each week separately)
9 am - 3 pm
Cost Per Camper: $240 | $225 member
Campers will explore their own personal creativity through art and movement. We will create our own avatars using materials from nature, learn yoga poses and sequences, use breath and sound practices, and discover our own superpowers. This week of movement and art focuses on themes of self-understanding and personal power and offers tools for children to regulate their emotions and experiences through yoga.
