About the Program: Get creative in this hands-on collage workshop with local artist Janie Schnurr. Using a mix of found imagery, textures, and layered materials, you will experiment with composition, color, and storytelling. Janie will guide you through her creative process while encouraging playful exploration. No prior experience is required and all supplies are provided.

A complimentary glass of wine is included.

About the Artist: Janie Schnurr is a local artist who explores both natural and man-made forms while experimenting with a variety of media. Janie strives to instill an appreciation of art in her students, while helping them to find their own creative voices. Janie's work has won recognition through numerous awards and has exhibited in several museums in California as well as our own Northwest Museum of Arts and Culture. Look for another exhibition by her at the MAC in August 2026.
