MAC to Basics: Art Day Camp
Thursday - Friday, April 10 and 11
9 am - 2 pm
Cost Per Camper: $45 member, $50 non-member
For grade levels: 6th through 8th grade
In this middle grade art camp, Diné and Anishinaabe artist Athaylia Begay will teach the basics of two traditional forms of art. Thursday, students will learnt the traditional American Indian arts of looming and basket weaving. Friday, students will learn Japanese printmaking techniques and and complete a Kintsugi paper collage. Sign up for one day, or for both!
